Reddit's scraping crackdown strands readers who follow subreddits by feed

Reddit will end RSS feeds on Nov. 13 and public API access in March 2027, citing scraping. Moderators and bot builders get migration paths into Reddit's own tools, but people who follow subreddits in a feed reader get no replacement.

Brussels decided a chatbot's generated answers count as search results

ChatGPT is the first AI assistant pulled into the Digital Services Act. It was filed as a search engine, which puts annual risk assessments, independent audits and researcher data access on OpenAI Ireland by the end of November.
