Apple hands its deal team back to the CFO who scrapped its cash target

Apple named Steve Smith to run mergers and acquisitions and put the deal team back under finance chief Kevan Parekh, replacing Adrian Perica. Parekh ended Apple's net-cash-neutral policy in May, a change analysts read as room to buy.
