Cooler Master announced the V Platinum 3000 Workstation at the end of July 2026, a 3000W unit built by Channel Well Technology with four native 12V-2x6 connectors and a twelve-year warranty [1][2]. The specification that decides who can buy it is on the input side: 220-240 VAC only, drawing up to 16A through an IEC C20 inlet, with a shutdown when the AC line drops below roughly 170 VAC and no 115 VAC operating mode at all [3].
That is not a footnote. A supply whose undervoltage cutoff sits at about 170 VAC cannot start on nominal 100-127 VAC mains, so a North American buildout needs either a 208-240 V circuit run to the bench or a different power supply [4]. Tom's Hardware took every measurement at 230 VAC for exactly this reason [11].
The rest of the sheet is what the category has settled on. A single 12V rail is rated at 250A [5], which is 3000W, meaning the entire nameplate output lives on that one rail [6].
