Toyota's 1 trillion yen leaves 2.5 million yen a robot for 400,000 humanoids
The Japanese carmaker will install 150,000 humanoids in its own plants and 250,000 at affiliates, aiming at 60 factories. The only annual build rate on the record is Tesla's 50,000 Optimus units. Hyundai's union wants a veto.
