Evernorth delays the Nasdaq debut of its mostly privately funded XRP treasury to Oct. 12

Evernorth pushed its merger close to Oct. 9 and the Nasdaq debut of XRPN, set to hold about 473 million XRP, to Oct. 12. Armada II's public trust supplies about a sixth of the deal's cash; private placements and notes supply the rest.

Armada's 273% week ran on a float that redemptions cut to about 4.6 million shares

Armada Acquisition Corp. II rose about 273% last week as roughly 80% of its $241.2 million trust looked set to be redeemed before the Evernorth merger. The redemptions leave perhaps 4.6 million public shares, few enough for modest orders to set the price until the combined company lists on Oct. 8.

Evernorth takes a $1 billion XRP treasury to Nasdaq with about $300 million of it in cash

Armada Acquisition Corp. II shareholders approved the Evernorth merger, so a 473 million XRP treasury lists on Nasdaq as XRPN on Oct. 8. Only about $300 million of the $1 billion-plus raised is cash, and investors contributed XRP directly for much of the rest.

Evernorth's effective S-4 sends its XRP vehicle to Nasdaq just as DAT premiums reach 1.0

Effectiveness clears a disclosure hurdle, and the harder question is whether investors still pay above book for a company whose main job is holding one token, when Galaxy says that premium has already gone.
