A candidate must clear four independent gates: materiality of at least 0.55, exposure gap of at least 0.35, evidence threshold of at least 0.50, and freshness of at least 0.40 after its 14-day decay. A source opening, follow, stack match, or prior story view narrows the measured gap instead of being ignored.

Personal revisions

Personal assessment starts only after 20 qualifying events inside the rolling 14 Pacific-time days. Each run records the exact reader inputs and current cluster revisions under reader-exposure-v1. A stale, incomplete, or concurrently changed input set fails closed and refreshes rather than mixing revisions.

Seat fallback

Until a current personal revision exists, Off Radar labels and serves the selected Builder, Operator, or Investor baseline. The fallback is Perspective Coverage-aware editorial analysis, never a claim about truth.
