A French bakery pays about its March fuel bill for 40% less heating oil

Kevin and Sandrine Luce's bakery north of Paris paid almost as much last week for 1,200 liters of heating oil as it paid for 2,000 in March. France's 450 million euro aid package goes to commuters and households, and spread over 5.8 million families it averages no more than about 78 euros each.
