Seoul's dual-priced jeonse market opens a gap worth 84 per cent of the average officetel deposit
The average Seoul officetel jeonse deposit reached 237.37 million won in August, the highest since records began in 2011, and the spread between a new contract and a renewal now runs to 200 million won as apartment jeonse listings fall 21 per cent.
