Kratom and 7-OH

Kratom is a Southeast Asian tree whose dried leaf is sold in the US as powder, pill, tea, gummies or shots; 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) is a minor alkaloid of that leaf, now sold in concentrated form and acting directly on opioid receptors.
