Fickian yet non-Gaussian diffusion

Transport regime in which the mean-square displacement grows linearly in time, as in Brownian motion, while the distribution of displacements stays non-Gaussian. Also called Brownian yet non-Gaussian diffusion, and commonly associated with particles moving through heterogeneous environments.
