Millennials took 60% of new head-of-AI hires at a $236,000 median

LinkedIn's platform data puts women at 20% of those hires and 18% of technical staff hires. The same figures show the biggest single pay step is the one into AI at all, worth $86,000 over the median for non-AI work.
