UniCredit becomes at least the fourth bank to own a piece of Germany's Schuldschein venue
The Italian lender is buying distribution it would otherwise have to build, joining three banks that invested back in 2022, and VC Trade's founders keep control of the Frankfurt platform. No terms were disclosed.
