Pixel 11 prices land at $899 to $2,249, and the discount is the retailer's problem

Google opened Pixel 11 preorders at $899 for the base phone, $1,099 for the Pro, $1,299 for the Pro XL and $1,899 for the Pro Fold, with all four shipping on August 20th, 2026 ^[1][2]. Best Buy, Amazon and the Google Store are each attaching a store gift card scaled to the model, $100 on the Pixel 11, $200 on both Pro models and $350 on the Fold, which means the list price holds while the concession sits on the retailer's books ^[3].

The storage ladder is the more useful number for anyone building a bill of materials or a channel forecast. Moving from 256GB to 512GB costs $120 on every model in the line, and the jump to 1TB costs a further $230 on the Pro, Pro XL and Fold alike ^[4][5][6][7]. Memory is tiered with storage: 256GB configurations ship with 12GB, and the larger capacities with 16GB, except on the Fold where 16GB is the floor ^[5][6][7]. End to end, the line now spans $899 to $2,249, a $1,350 range inside a single generation ^[8].

The gift cards are not proportional, and that is the interesting part. As a share of purchase price they run 11.1 percent on the base Pixel 11, 18.2 percent on the Pro, 15.4 percent on the Pro XL and 18.4 percent on the Fold ^[9]. The $1,299 Pro XL carries the same $200 as the $1,099 Pro, so the cheaper Pro is the most heavily subsidised unit in the stack on a percentage basis ^[3][9].

The watch attach is priced to move inventory rather than to look generous. Pixel Watch 5 lists at $399 for the 41mm and $429 for the 45mm ^[10]. A Pixel 11 bundled with the 41mm comes to $1,168.99, about $130 off buying separately and only in obsidian; Pro and Pro XL bundles take $250 off; Fold buyers can take the 41mm Wi-Fi watch free instead of the gift card ^[11][12][13]. Amazon's bundles are Wi-Fi only and colour-restricted, while the Google Store applies the credit to other in-stock variants ^[14]. On list price the free watch is worth $49 more than the $350 card, before you account for the card being spendable on anything ^[15]. According to 9to5Google, Amazon's gift cards stack with enhanced trade-in credit worth an additional $250, and Best Buy's trade values are largely the same ^[16][17].

Accessories tell you where the platform moved. All four phones support Qi2.2 wireless charging up to 25W ^[18], and on preorder day the existing Pixelsnap Charger with Stand, a 25W Qi2 unit, was cleared at $34.99, half price ^[19], while the new first-party Pixelsnap cases for all four models were already 20 percent off at Amazon ^[20]. Day-one discounting of your own new cases is not a confident signal about attach rates.

Google says the Tensor G6 delivers 25 percent faster web browsing and 15 percent quicker app loading than the G5, which is a modest generational claim by the company's own framing ^[21].

Watch the promotion end date. Only Google published one, August 27th, 2026, a week after units ship ^[22]. Whether Amazon and Best Buy extend past that, and whether the $200 Pro XL card quietly grows, will tell you which tiers are actually clearing.
