NongHyup's Treasury Bid Leans on Cooperative Branches, Even as Nationwide Fraud Losses Raise Questions

NH NongHyup Bank wants 580 local cooperative branches counted in its bid for Jeonnam-Gwangju's 25 trillion won treasury. Counting them would put the cooperatives' fraud record, 322 billion won lost by account holders since 2022, on the same scorecard.
