NASA plans two more Boeing Starliner flights and an uncrewed test of the capsule's thruster fixes

NASA intends to exercise options for a fifth and sixth Boeing Starliner flight and to fly an uncrewed test as early as December, with crew returning by 2028. The plan would keep a second US crew capsule available beside SpaceX's Crew Dragon, if Boeing's thruster fixes hold up in flight.
