AWS's 420Tbps Japan cable to land in Washington via Quinault-owned Toptana's new cable station
The cable is AWS's project, but the landing station and backhaul at Ocean Shores belong to Toptana, a Quinault Indian Nation company that aimed to be live in 2025 and is only now breaking ground. Nothing carries traffic until 2029.
