Every chemical detection in Seoul's napkin test landed in the imported decorative category

The Seoul Institute of Health and Environment tested 105 napkin products for three substances. All 45 detections came from the 84 imported decorative napkins, a class of goods that falls outside the residual formaldehyde limit.
