First-time buyers in their 30s drove more than a quarter of Seoul's August apartment registrations

Seoul's first-time buyers passed half of all apartment sale registrations in August for the first time since 2010, and the buyer doing it is typically in their 30s. In the rental market, deposits keep climbing.
