Alo follows a 10 million yuan first minute on Tmall with plans for eight Greater China stores

Alo's Tmall store took in more than 10 million yuan in the first minute of its Aug. 12 presale as China's August retail sales rose just 0.4%. Preorders and celebrity fans likely filled much of that minute, so the eight stores Alo plans through 2027 are the first test of repeat demand.
