GenAI.mil, already at 1.7 million users, adds ChatGPT and Grok

OpenAI and xAI now sit inside the Pentagon's own portal, where 1.7 million of 3 million staff already hold accounts. Anthropic won a contract in the same round and got no placement, which is where the gate actually sits.
