General Catalyst led Complir's $11M seed after three meetings and a phone call

Complir's seed was oversubscribed on the third day of a fourteen-day raise, taking the Copenhagen compliance startup to about $13m in a year, in a category where Ottawa's Assent has already raised close to $500m.
