Jury awards Nektar less than a tenth of the $1 billion it sought from Lilly
Jurors found Eli Lilly broke good faith in ending its rezpeg deal with Nektar Therapeutics and awarded Nektar $90 million plus interest. Nektar's shares still fell about 4% on Friday as investors set the award against a far larger ask.
