School attachment weakens the link between teen loneliness and insecure adult work in a sibling study
Researchers following 3,105 Add Health siblings linked teen loneliness to precarious adult work, less so among teens who felt attached to school. Neighborhood attachment showed no such pattern, and the authors do not claim loneliness causes the insecurity.
