Seoul's height easing turns 18 planned homes into 291 in Changsin-dong

The revised plan for the Changsin 1st Zone lifts the height cap from about 90 meters to 139 and the floor area ratio to 1,200 percent, and the developer pays in ground-level green space and two relocated Dongdaemun Station exits.
