Brighter bedroom light tracks with 55.6 fewer minutes of sleep in 225 schizophrenia outpatients
A Fujita Health University team monitored outpatients for a week and found the brightest-bedroom group slept nearly an hour less than the darkest. No lights were dimmed during the study, so the design cannot show cause.
