Compass toured its own offices to get 15,000 of its 83,000 agents onto its AI assistant

A demo day watched live by more than 10,000 agents, visits from senior leaders to local offices and retrained regional staff produced about 97,000 conversations from roughly one agent in five in the weeks after July's launch.
